My name is Tracey Gatlin
I started Pivotal Move Advisors after spending 20+ years building and scaling operations—leading transformations, implementing technology, and creating systems that help growing companies get unstuck and scale smart.
I've worked with everything from Fortune 500s to family businesses, solving the kinds of operational problems that keep leaders up at night: supply chains that don't work, processes held together with spreadsheets, technology that should help but somehow makes things harder, and growth that's happening faster than the infrastructure can handle.
Think of me as your fractional COO who comes in to build what you need—whether that's implementing AI-driven systems, optimizing operations, creating scalable processes, or leading transformations that actually stick.
