I started Pivotal Move Advisors after spending two decades building and scaling operations: leading transformations, standing up new technology, and creating the systems that help growing companies get unstuck.

I've worked with everything from Fortune 500s to family businesses, and the problems tend to look familiar. Supply chains that don't hold together. Processes running on spreadsheets and good intentions. Technology that was supposed to help and somehow makes the day harder.

AI is where a lot of my work lives right now. I deployed an AI support system that absorbed 40% of case volume and cut support costs by 60%. I built Program Passport, an AI-powered intelligence product that gives mobility teams visibility they never had before. I bring that same hands-on approach to every engagement, and I'm currently finishing an applied AI program to keep the toolkit sharp.
